3. When buying an item, you will purchase the item upon receiving notification that you are the highest bidder. Bidders failing to complete purchases may be removed from the system.
4. If you do not respond to the winning bid confirmation email within 72 hours of the auction close, Smarthome.com will bill the credit card provided at registration for the auction total, plus shipping and applicable tax. The item will ship FedEx ground to the address provided at registration.
5. Items will only be sold in the quantity and configuration described on the auction page. No additional quantities above those granted to the winning bidder will be honored. Orders reflecting more than the winning quantity will be modified to reflect the winning quantity only.
6. We want you to be happy with the Auction Item you've won. If your item is defective in any way, please call 1-800-Smarthome to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns within 30 days may be replaced or result in an In-house credit. Retruns after 30 days may only be replaced through the life of the warranty).
